Rodeoline is a branch of slackline or way of practicing it that corresponds to its almost literal meaning. In rodeo the slackline is has no tension at all. Between trickline, highline and longline, rodeoline is the only slackline branch where the line must be totally loose. However, as with trickline, rodeolining is possible on waterlines or highlines.
Waterline is a way to practice slackline or, rather, it means slacklining under certain conditions, in this case over water. It is precisely the fact that the line is suspended over water that determines whether or not we are doing waterline.
Longline slackline is category or branch where the challenge is to walk longer and longer lines. More tensioned or saggy, with higher or lower anchors, the focus is always the same: sending the line". What determines if we are doing slackline or longline (as a distinct kind of slackline) is just line lenght. From 40 meters it can already be considered a longline.
Highlining is a branch of slackline that is practiced at great heights, between mountains, buildings, bridges or whatever. It is a great challenge and a kind of slackline in which the mental and mindset are far more important than the technical and physical ability.
